Working with non Licenced Asbestos - Water or other Utility Networks
This one day training course includes information about Non Notifiable non-licensed asbestos work and Non-Licensed work on ACMs as defined by CAR 2012 and HSE's Asbestos Essentials tailored for the water network.
This training covers theory and practical training and includes:
- Typical asbestos products found on water or other utility networks
- Health hazards associated with contact or working in the vicinity of asbestos
- Legislation and guidance
- Emergency procedures
- RPE / PPE
- Safe handling of waste
- Practical application
- Face fitting
